When you contact Elite, request a consultation, submit a real estate deal, submit a business-funding request, or otherwise use this website, we may collect contact information, business or transaction information, financing objectives, property information, consent records, and technical information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the website.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account credentials, card information, passwords, or tax-return documents through public website forms unless a secure process specifically requests them.
How We Use Information
Elite may use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate financing requests, maintain internal CRM records, organize preliminary funding-source matching, communicate next steps, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, maintain audit records, improve website operations, and comply with applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Funding-Source Matching and Data Release
Submitting a website form does not, by itself, authorize Elite to release client-identifying or confidential information to a selected lender or funding provider. Elite may use non-identifying scenario information for preliminary matching. Before a full submission that includes client-identifying or confidential information, Elite obtains the applicable client agreement and data-release authorization.
After authorization, information may be shared with selected lenders, private-capital providers, business-funding providers, brokers, correspondents, servicers, or other financing partners reasonably necessary to evaluate the financing request. Those providers may have their own privacy practices and application requirements.
Service Providers and Legal Disclosures
Elite may use vendors that support website hosting, communications, CRM, analytics, security, document processing, electronic signatures, or other business operations. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, regulatory requirements, protect rights or safety, or investigate suspected fraud or misuse.
Email and Text Communications
If you provide contact information and consent to communications, Elite may contact you about the specific request you submitted. Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of obtaining financing. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP where supported. Mobile contact information is not sold to data brokers or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
Security and Retention
Elite uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the financing request, relationship management, audit, legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
