No Guarantee of Financing
Submitting an inquiry, deal scenario, business-funding profile, property opportunity, or other information does not guarantee approval, an offer, financing terms, funding, or closing. Program availability can change and may depend on geography, transaction size, property or business characteristics, credit, revenue, collateral, experience, documentation, and other underwriting factors.
Client Authorization and Data Release
Elite may use non-identifying information to evaluate preliminary funding-source fit. Client-identifying or confidential information is not released to a selected lender or funding provider solely because a public website form is submitted. Before a full submission, Elite requires the applicable client agreement and data-release authorization. A funding provider may also require its own application, disclosures, consents, credit authorization, or documentation.
Credit and Financial Information
Website submission does not, by itself, authorize Elite or a third party to obtain a consumer credit report, access bank accounts, or obtain other information requiring separate authorization. Where applicable, those permissions must be obtained through a separate process.
Compensation
